Standard Warranty
All Saniwerke products purchased from https://saniwerkeshop.com/ have a one-year warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We will gladly replace any Saniwerke company item that has been determined to have a manufacturing defect within one years of original purchase.
All Saniwerke products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to exposure to the sun, rain, snow, wildlife and high humidity are not covered by our warranty policy. To prevent excessive weathering, we recommend storing our products indoors when not in active use.

✦Damaged, Missing or Wrong Product Received:
Please contact: saniwerke@gmail.com, Please provide your payment proof, order number, and take photos of the damaged goods. After verifying the situation, we will arrange for logistics to pick up the package at your doorstep. Our warehouse will send a new product of the same origin to the pickup address.
Please note: Our express delivery service has photos or delivery records of the delivery status when delivering the goods. The situation description or photo you provided does not match the delivery record, which may result in unsuccessful return/exchange.
✦The packaging is slightly damaged:
Large and heavy objects, such as Swing Frame and Hammock Stand products, may experience wear, slight breakage, and wrinkling of cardboard packaging during prolonged transportation. According to the agreement between Saniwerke and the courier company, if there is any damage, the courier company will reinforce the outer packaging again. When you receive such items, please carefully check whether the internal components are damaged or missing. If there are no missing parts, the damage will not affect the actual use of the product.
